You'll receive a total salary package circa $150,987 p.a. including super, plus:

About the Opportunity

AMSANT is seeking a full-time CQI Program Coordinator based in Alice Springs, NT.

In this impactful role, you’ll support the NT Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Strategy and partner with Aboriginal PHC services to improve care delivery. Reporting to the Health Systems Manager, you’ll also collaborate closely with the CQI Program Coordinator – Lead and various stakeholders across the Territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating implementation of the NT CQI Strategy aligned with the Program Logic model

  • Mentoring and training clinical staff and CQI facilitators in quality improvement methods

  • Supporting CQI plan development and implementation within PHC services

  • Planning and delivering the annual NT CQI Collaborative and associated PD activities

  • Analysing NTAHKPI and other datasets to inform systems improvements

  • Liaising with academic and accreditation bodies to enhance CQI outcomes

  • Providing secretariat support to the NT CQI Steering Committee

About You

To be successful, you'll either be an AHPRA-registered clinician or bring substantial experience in primary health care, ideally within Aboriginal health contexts. You’re motivated by systems improvement and passionate about capacity-building in community settings.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Cross-cultural capability and cultural humility

  • Mentorship experience with clinical or quality teams

  • Alignment with Aboriginal leadership and community-controlled principles
